Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, which means the item(s) are:
- Unwashed and Unworn
- Unaltered or not customized
- Include original tags
Final sale items, Gifts with purchase, items that smell of smoke or perfume, and items containing pet hair are not eligible for returns.
If we determine that your item has been washed, worn, or doesn’t meet our return/refund eligibility as stated in this policy, we reserve the right to deny your return request. If you send an item but do not request a return in your account, the return will not be accepted.
Once we have received your return in its original condition, we will send you your refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

REFUNDS
Once we have received your return in its original condition, we will inspect the return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded for the cost of the item(s) minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shoptryphena.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations or edits up to 12 hours after your order is placed. To request an edit, please reach out to support@shoptryphena.com with the subject line “ **REPLACE ME WITH ORDER #** Edits ” during this 12-hour period. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept exchanges. If it is within 12 hours of you placing your order, you can request to edit your order by following the directions in our Cancellations clause above. If it is past your 12-hour window and you need a different color or size, please return your original order for a refund, wait for it to process, and place a new order.
