✨ Each of our products are individually made-to-order and packaged with love + prayer in Texas ✨

Shirts can take up to 10 business days to process and ship (12 days during holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 days. We do our best to ship as quickly as we can but please remember some things are out of our control, such as delays due to weather events or shipping carriers.

All orders are shipped from Texas to addresses within the United States only. While we are currently not shipping to destinations outside of the United States, we hope to do so in the future. Please stay tuned.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and secure to prevent any issues.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may email us at support@shoptryphena.com.
